Prelp runs delivery on scheduled “trains.” Order from the shared catalog before the cut-off, pay with card, transfer or wallet, and one rider brings the whole batch to your door, tracked live and handed over with your own 4-digit code.
How a train works
A train is one scheduled delivery run with three moments. Multiple trains can be open at once, so you just pick one.

A train appears with its open time. Browse the shared catalog and build your cart while ordering is open.

At the cut-off, ordering stops. Pay with card, bank transfer or wallet credit before then to ride this run.

Prelp buys the whole batch and one rider takes every order on that train out for delivery, together.

Pick an open train
Several trains run through the day. Choose one that's open for orders, each with its own catalog and cut-off.
Pay your way
Card or bank transfer through Paystack, or spend your wallet credit. An order is confirmed only when the bank confirms it, never just because a screen closed.
Track to the door
A live timeline moves in front of you: paid → out for delivery → delivered. No guessing where your order is.
Your 4-digit code
Every order carries a private 4-digit hand-off code. The rider reads it back to confirm it's really you before handing over.
Instant wallet refunds
Cancel an unpaid order anytime and it just clears. Cancel a paid order while its train is still open and the money refunds to your wallet instantly, with no waiting on the bank, ready to spend next time.
Pickup fallback
If the rider can't reach you, your order is dropped at a pickup point. Your app shows the address and your code to collect it.
It handles money, so it's careful with it
Prelp moves real money for real orders. Every rule below is enforced on the server, not left to the app to get right.
- Payment truth
- An order counts as paid only when Paystack confirms it server-side. The app never decides that on its own.
- Refunds to your wallet
- Refunds land in your in-app wallet instantly and can never exceed what you actually paid.
- Naira, to the kobo
- Everything is handled in Naira as whole kobo, with no rounding surprises on prices, refunds or payouts.
- Your code is the proof
- The 4-digit code lives only in your app and is checked at hand-off. It's never written on the bag.
